From Philadelphia and West
Exit the Pennsylvania Turnpike at Valley Forge, Exit 24, onto Schuylkill Expressway (Route 76 East) through Philadelphia to the Walt Whitman Bridge.  Route 42 south to Atlantic City Expressway east into Atlantic City.

From Center City Philadelphia 
Vine St expressway to Ben Franklin Bridge. Route 676 to Route 42 south to Atlantic City Expressway then expressway east into Atlantic City.

From New York and North
