Comptroller General Information The Comptroller Division is responsible for keeping the accounts and records of all City transactions. The Comptroller oversees the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Units and Cashier’s Office of the Division. Fixed asset inventory, government tax returns and employee pension deductions and benefits are also functions managed by this Division.
