Sealed bids for PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE OF OVERHEAD DOORS AT VARIOUS CITY BUILDINGS for a PERIOD OF THIRTY-TWO (32) MONTHS, MAY 1, 2012 TO DECEMBER 31, 2014, Atlantic City, New Jersey, shall be received when called for by the Purchasing Board at its meeting, to be held in the COUNCIL CHAMBERS, SECOND FLOOR (Room 206), City Hall, Atlantic City, New Jersey on Tuesday, MARCH 6, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Prevailing Time, at which place and time such sealed bids shall be publicly opened and read.
The work of this project is for the all-inclusive preventive maintenance and emergency service of all overhead doors at various City owned buildings which includes maintenance, inspections, repairs, emergency service, etc. as per specifications.
Specifications, Instruction to Bidders and Proposal Form can be obtained from the Office of the City Engineer, Room 603 City Hall, Atlantic City, New Jersey, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., for a nonrefundable fee payable in the amount of TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00), by check only in favor of the City of Atlantic City.
