This form must be completed and submitted to use public areas (such as the boardwalk, parks or other areas of Atlantic City) for hosting a special event. Permit Applications must be submitted no less than thirty (30) working days prior to the event. Liability Insurance is also required and will not be waived. See the application guidelines included with the form.
