The Municipal Clerk serves as Secretary to the Municipal Corporation and is the Custodian of Records and keeper of the City Seal. Some of the Clerk’s duties involve preparing meeting agendas, maintaining minutes, holding the Chief Administrative Office in all Elections and acting as the Chief Registrar of Voters in the Municipality. The Clerk also serves as the Administrative Officer responsible for accepting applications for licenses and permits and serves as the Coordinator and Records Manager responsible for record retention programs.
