The Health and Human Services Department shall perform all appropriate functions associated with: 1) Environmental Health 2) Operating the Office of Local Registrar of Vital Statistic Services for the City of Atlantic City 3) Parking Enforcement 4) Animal Control, and such other functions as may be assigned.
