Prosecutor

The Prosecutor’s Office is located on the second floor of the Public Safety Building. We prosecute disorderly and petty disorderly persons offenses (such as assault, minor drug offenses, theft, shoplifting, harassment, trespassing and truancy), motor vehicle traffic violations (including driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, suspended driving, other moving violations and parking offenses), municipal ordinance violations (including Code Enforcement and Mercantile violations), fish and game violations, boating violations, SPCA violations and other violations within the City of Atlantic City.
