Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

The Atlantic City Bureau of Vital Statistics has on file every birth, death, marriage, domestic partnership, civil union event occurring here in the City of Atlantic City. The office has the following records available and on file:

– Birth records beginning with the year 1903 thru present
– Marriage and Death records beginning with the year 1921 thru present
– Domestic Partnerships and Civil Unions begining with the year 2005 thru present

*earlier years are filed in Trenton, N.J.

Please note: Marriage Applications are accepted from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
