The City of Atlantic City will begin its citywide revaluation in the near future. This program, which has been ordered by the Atlantic County Board of Taxation and approved by the State of New Jersey, Division of Taxation, will be implemented for the Tax Year 2020.

We have retained an outside vendor, Professional Property Appraisers, Inc., to complete it. A part of the revaluation process involves inspection of each property within the municipality.
