Online Tax Lien Sale Date: December 16, 2019.
Taxpayers can make partial payments until the day before the tax sale which will be Friday, December 13, 2019.
All 2019 Municipal charges (Taxes, Cut & Clean, Board Up, Special Assessments or Water Charges) must be paid by Tuesday, November 12th to avoid additional charges.
Beginning Wednesday, November 13th all delinquent 2019 payments are subject to tax lien sale. Additional charges will be added and guaranteed funds are required for payment.
Personal, Business, Online Bank Checks will not be accepted.
Any payment received after must be in the form of guaranteed funds such as:
CASH, MONEY ORDER, CASHIER’S CHECK.
The online payment option will be disabled for all 2019 Balances only.
Tax Sale should be live on the Real Auction Website by the close of business on Friday, November 15, 2019.
Tax Sale list should be available on cityofatlanticcity.org on Monday, November 18, 2019.
